These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Nexalix Guard service (the “Service”), operated by Nexalix Labs (“we”, “us”).
1. Use of the service
The Service is an HTTP API that returns risk scores for Telegram and TON identities. You may integrate the Service into your application subject to these Terms.
2. Accounts & API keys
- API keys issued during the pilot are confidential. Treat them like passwords.
- You are responsible for activity performed with your keys.
- Notify us immediately at security@nexalix.io if a key is exposed; we will rotate or revoke it.
3. Pilot program
- The pilot is offered free of charge for selected teams in exchange for usage logs and product feedback.
- Pilots run for up to 90 days unless extended in writing.
- We may suspend or end any pilot at our discretion with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to discriminate against protected classes.
- Use scores as the sole basis for irreversible adverse decisions without human review.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to reconstruct our model.
- Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties without prior written consent.
- Submit known false data, attempt to poison the model, or probe rate limits abusively.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it for providing and improving the Service. Aggregated, de-identified signals are used to improve cross-merchant accuracy. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Service, the API, the brand, and the model. Open-source components retain their respective licenses. Documentation is licensed for use with the Service only.
7. Fees
Pilot is free. Post-pilot pricing will be announced before commercial launch. We commit to giving pilot customers at least 30 days notice before any fee takes effect.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Scores are probabilistic and not a substitute for human judgment in high-stakes decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexalix Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed €100, or fees paid in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
10. Term & termination
- Either party may terminate the relationship at any time during the pilot.
- We will provide reasonable notice and cooperate on data export requests.
- Upon termination, your API keys are revoked and merchant data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union (Estonia, where we plan to register the entity). Disputes will first attempt informal resolution by email; only after good-faith effort will either party proceed to formal venue.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes are timestamped above and emailed to active pilot customers. Continued use after changes go live constitutes acceptance.
